ABOUT ECOSYSTEMS ADVISORY GROUP
Partners should be your growth engine.
Most aren’t yet.
Ecosystems Advisory Group helps B2B software companies turn their partner ecosystems into a real go to market motion. Nearly three decades of enterprise software experience, brought directly to your team.
WHO WE ARE
Partnerships are easy to announce.
Ecosystems are hard to build.
Most B2B software companies know they need partners. They sign them, announce them, and then watch the relationships go quiet. The gap is rarely effort. It is architecture.
Ecosystems Advisory Group brings that architecture, informed by nearly three decades of building and leading partner go to market inside enterprise software companies.

EXPERIENCE
Nearly three decades inside enterprise software.
Cindy Baptiste has spent nearly three decades in enterprise software, with more than twenty-five years in sales and go to market leadership. For most of that career her focus has been partner ecosystems: building them, running them, and driving revenue through them.
She has worked across the full range of the industry, from high growth startups to global scale software companies, and has sat on every side of the partner relationship. She has seen what a healthy ecosystem looks like from the inside, and the ways they quietly break.
She founded Ecosystems Advisory Group to bring that experience directly to B2B software companies, the ones that know partners should be driving growth but have not yet built the system that makes it happen.

HOW SHE THINKS
Every ecosystem is different.
Most advice about them isn’t.
A few principles that shape every engagement.
Start from reality
Every recommendation starts from where your company actually is: its stage, its product, its market, and the partners already in orbit around it. No generic playbook.
Value over volume.
A partner ecosystem is not won by signing the most partners. It’s won by finding the ones who create real value and are worth the investment: the right partner types, the right economics, the right enablement, focused on outcomes instead of headcount.
Built to run
The output is never a slide deck that sits on a shelf. It is a partner motion your team can actually operate after the engagement ends.
From the inside
Advice from someone who has sat on every side of the partner relationship and led these programs at scale, not theory from the outside.
